"Goliath" is a wonderful dog. He has beauty as well as brains. He has a large head, nice chest and good topline. He has a broken mask and is slightly narrow in the rear so he must be bred to a bitch with dark pigment and a good rear.

His temperment is wonderful. He is extremely sweet and is good with children as well as the elderly. He is an active therapy dog and visits patients in the nursing home every month. He is extremely smart and is a wonderful obedience dog. He has an athletic build and is in very good shape which enables him to do obedience competitions without difficulty. He received his CD title in 3 shows with 1 first placement and 2 second placements. He received his CDX with 2 first placements and 1 third placement. He took first place in open A at the mastiff specialty in 1995. At 7 years old, he is competing in AKC utility competition and has 2 legs in open in the UKC. Goliath has his draft dog title which was obtained during the first mastiff draft test at the national specialty in 1996. He was the first dog in Arkansas to be awarded the Versatile Canine Companion Excellent and the outstanding versatility title (OV). In 1997 Goliath received the MCOA Collar award in obedience for highest scoring male in open/utility and received his working dog title that same year.
