Ben is a very large boned, sound, well balanced, sweet tempered, always eager to please kind of dog. He is extremely muscular and tight bodied with a wide and deep chest and strong wide well angulated rear. He is a big guy at 22 months: 225 pounds and 32 inches tall. He should reach 240-245 pounds as he has not quite finished filling out yet. A 32 inch collar fits him well.

His show career has been limited due to his owners being on a large working farm. He had won his puppy classes however when we decided to forego his show career and get back to work.

His weakness is his tail which is one inch short of his hocks. Overall he is a super impressive dog with a great head with lots of wrinkle.

He has sired some litters and is a quiet and gentle natural breeder. Interested bitches are preferred to be OFA tested.
