I have ONE breeding (frozen) on him. Last time I sent in his urine, he came out negative for cystinuria. Sterling never had symptoms. He is now 7 and neutered and is a companion and dear friend to a handicapped gentleman and his wife. This was a crime on my part, as Sterling was certainly one of the most correct and beautiful apricots that I have seen. NONE of my other dogs have come up with cystinuria posive tests. I hope to be able to use that breeding and get pups out of him one day.

(2/99) Sterling is a delightful, even tempered Mastiff, who has been wonderful to owner handle to his multiple Championships. He is a strikingly beautiful Apricot with truly excellent conformation, soundness and movement. He is relaxed and calm in any situation. Sterling started his show career with a 5 pt Major RWD at his first outing at 6 months of age, showing the promise to come. Sterling won his Sweepstakes class (under Judge Mr. Bill Newman), and was 4th in the regular 9-12 classes (Judge Mr. Fred Simon) at the '97 MCOA Nat. Specialty in California. Sterling is a 3rd generation Intl.Am.Can.Ch. following in the footsteps of his Sire, Intl.Am.Can.Ch.Windy Mts Mighty Tonka,CGC,TT,Gold Five Star (also in Stud Register), and his grandmother, Intl.Am.Can.Ch.Moonstone Amazing Grace. Sterling is also a 2nd generation Gold Five Star. Sterling's dam, Groppetti Lady Mariam, (OFA Prelim Excellent) is a daughter of Ch.Lionsire Grizz.
