A very athletic, well muscled dog. Sound movement with great speed and agility. Slow to mature (just filling out at 3 years of age). Good bone. Beautiful head, and good expression. Excellent temperament - very loyal and loving to both owner and handler, and very protective of same. A real crowd pleaser who enjoys people, assessing each person and/or situation before reacting. Very smart and quick minded. True mastiff type.
